A Different Approach

It is a widely recognized fact that we do not get enough nutrition in our daily food.  Sadly, we also make poor eating choices which leads us to be more unhealthy.

I choose to take quite a few different food supplements that have made an big impact in my quality of life.

Raw Fresh Goats Milk

From ages 4 - 13 it's what I thrived on, I hated the taste but chocolate syrup and cereal helped. I also hate regular milk and to me they taste the same.

It's very good for gaining weight and keeping a high immune system.  I had a glass of goats milk after every meal.

Yogurt

I try to have at least 2 - 3 servings of yogurt a day, a good way to keep digestion and absorption high and a regular system.

Pure Baking Soda

1/2 tsp with 8 oz. of water

Its an old remedy to get rid of the flu but also has been known to help soothe mucous membranes and dissolve thick mucus.
